Grapes harvested manually in the second decade of September, vinified by the traditional method. After crushing and de-icing the grapes, the film must be macerated for 8-12 hours. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vessels at a controlled temperature of 14 ° С – 16 ° С. and keeping on a fine layer of yeast for at least 3 months.
The white classic Chardonnay wine is served harmoniously with fish dishes such as salmon in the saffron sauce, fine cheeses like Raclette or any white meat.
