A part of a continuous piece of art, of the winemaker Victor – wine from the incomparable Pinot Noir grape, of a light red ruby color. It discloses a multitude of aromatic reminiscences of red fruits such as sour cherries and well-ripened strawberry, followed by vanilla and spicy notes. The maturation for 12 months in french oak barrels, contributes to the complexity found both aromaticaly and on the palate. The wine expresses an elegant and sophisticated finish.

Wine is produced according to classical technology. The maceration and fermentation are carried out in stainless steel fermenters within a period of five to seven days, with a temperature adjustment of 22-24 ° С, followed by malolactic fermentation and maturation in French oak barrels for 6 months.
This wine of unique character, is well-served as part of a sauce for red meat dishes such as Filet Mignon, as well as savoury oven roasted vegetables.
