A wonderful rediscovery among the unique local grape varieties – Alb de Onițcani. Of a discreet pale yellow color, a complex taste and a savoury acidity. The dominant floral notes such as lily and jasmin are gracefully followed by hints of honey and green apples. It is an iconic wine of the Sălcuța winery.

The grapes are harvested manually, from the selected vineyards. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel vessels at a controlled temperature of 14 ° С. The barrels are made for one month.
This refreshing wine is perfect to be served alongisde light dishes such as tiger prawn salad with orange slices and fine cheeses.
