An ambitious wine that captivates us with its intense aromas of black fruit and spice. It has an intense ruby red color. On the palate, we find ripe blackberries and blueberries, with subtle notes of freshly ground coffee. The generous tannins give the wine personality and a fine texture.

The wine is produced using classic technology. After crushing, the must and grape skins are left together to macerate and ferment. The process is carried out in stainless steel fermenters over a period of five to seven days, with the temperature maintained at 24-28°C, followed by malolactic fermentation.
A full-bodied and intense wine, this wine is recommended to be served with a variety of dishes such as Argentine steak or Portobello mushrooms in butter sauce.
