A symbolic wine from noble grape varieties harvested with care and devotion, from the winery’s own vineyards. The elegant ruby color with brick hues is accompanied by a captivating aroma of blackberries, juicy plums and chocolate. The taste recalls a symbiosis of fruity notes such as currant, complemented by woody accents and velvety tannins.
A wine full of character, elegance and refinement provided by the maturation for 12 months in French oak barrels.
The wine is produced using classical technology. Maceration and fermentation are carried out in stainless steel fermenters for 5-7 days, with a temperature regulation of 24°С – 28°С, followed by malolactic fermentation and maturation in French oak barrels for 1 year.
It pairs well with red meat, lamb or beef, accompanied by baked vegetables and a variety of Italian dishes such as lasagna or pasta bolognese.
