A rich wine, produced from three varieties of grapes, harvested manually from the winery’s own plantations in the South-East of Moldova and coupled in unique proportions. It has an intense ruby color. The complex bouquet, dominated by ripe black fruits, spices and savory wood notes. This is a round wine with perfectly balanced tannins and a fine aftertaste.

Wine is produced using classical technology. The maceration and fermentation are carried out in stainless steel fermenters within a period of 5-7 days, with a temperature adjustment of 24°С – 28 °С, followed by malolactic fermentation and maturation in French oak barrels for 1 year.
It is perfectly associated with red meat dishes such as lamb or beef accompanied by ripe vegetables and a variety of Italian cuisine such as beef lasagna or pasta Bolognese.
