The grapes are harvested manually, in the first decade of September. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel vessels at a controlled temperature of 16 ° С. The baton is made for one month.
A wine of local Moldovan grape, consumed both on its own and alongside fresh cheeses. It can also be served with light traditional Moldovan dishes or Italian such as penne pasta with mushrooms and chicken breast.
