A part of a continuous piece of art, of the winemaker Sergiu – wine from the emblematic Feteasca Neagră variety, the color of the illustrious ruby. It reveals aromas of black fruits, accents of dried plums and cloves. The expressive taste palette is reminiscent of black fruits with spicy notes, the result of aging in French oak barrels for 12 months. Opulent and harmonious, it leaves a memorable aftertaste.

The grapes are harvested manually after September 15th. After crushing, the grape must and the skin of the grapes were allowed to macerate – ferment. The process is carried out in stainless steel fermenters within a period of five to seven days, with a temperature control of 24-26 ° C, followed by malolactic fermentation and maturation in barrels for 12 months.
Feteasca Neagra fits perfectly with red meat dishes such as duck or traditional roasted beef in special sauce, or any baked or grilled dish.
