A fruity character, with delicious tannins, result of maturation for 12 months in french oak barrels. The wine expresses a velvety and reververate finish.

Wine is produced according to classical technology. The maceration and fermentation are carried out in stainless steel fermenters within 5-7 days, with the temperature adjustment of 24-28 ° С, followed by malolactic fermentation and maturation in French oak barrels for 1 year.
The classy Merlot is served harmoniously with various Cassoulet recipes, and similarly alongside light meats such as chicken or lamb.
