An elegant wine with a distinctive rose color that displays a suite of intense aromas of rose petals, aromatic herbs and white cherries. On the palate, notes of barberry stand out, followed by a long aftertaste, supported by an attractive freshness.

It is obtained from grapes harvested by hand at the end of September, vinified using the traditional method. The maceration process is short, so that the color does not turn towards that of red wine. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 14°С – 16°С and is maintained on a thin layer of yeast for 1 to 3 months.
It is an excellent choice for seafood – lobster or caramelized salmon, but also for light rice dishes or any type of salad.
