Produced from hand-harvested Riesling de Rhin grapes at full maturity, vinified traditionally. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 14–16°C.
Ideal with fish dishes, seafood and delicate cheeses. Recommended with grilled salmon, shrimp in butter sauce or light salads with citrus dressing.
