Obtained from grapes harvested by hand at the end of September, vinified using the traditional method. The maceration process is short, so that the color does not turn towards that of red wine. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 14°С – 16°С. Aged for 3 months in French oak barriques.
It is intertwined with eclectic gastronomy, dominated by vegetarian appetizers, summer-inspired dishes or dishes with creamy accents.
