A wine made from Viorica, a grape variety with history and individuality, a true ambassador of the local white grape varieties. It delights with its radiant yellow-greenish nuances and aromas of white flowers, complemented by citrus hints and its typical aromatic amprent of basil. The finish highlights expressive hints of well-ripened grapes.

Grapes harvested manually in the second decade of September, vinified by the traditional method. After crushing and de-icing the grapes, the maceration of the wort follows for a period of 10-12 hours. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel vessels at a controlled temperature of 14 ° С and application of the sur – le method.
This wine of a unique character, is perfectly served on its own and alongside Asian cuisine dishes.
