The grapes are harvested manually after September 15th. After crushing, the grape must and the skin of the grapes were allowed to macerate – ferment. The process is carried out in stainless steel fermenters within a period of five to seven days, with a temperature control of 24-26 ° C, followed by malolactic fermentation and maturation in French oak barrels for 6 months.
