The color of this delicate “blush” wine comes from the pink-tinged skins of Pinot Grigio grapes. A fresh and crisp wine with zesty aromas and fruity flavors of ripe pear and peach.

Obtained from grapes harvested manually at the beginning of September, vinified by the traditional method. The maceration process is a short one, only a few minutes, so that the color does not turn to that of red wine. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vessels at a controlled temperature of 14 ° С – 16 ° С and keeping on a fine layer of yeast for 1 to 3 months.
The wine makes a great aperitif and served at a time with light salads or any pasta and pizza recipes.
