The grapes are harvested manually after September 15th. After crushing, the grape must and the skin of the grapes were allowed to macerate – ferment. The process is carried out in stainless steel fermenters in a period of 5-7 days, with a temperature control of 24-26 ° С, followed by malolactic fermentation and maturation in French oak barrels for 6 months.
The complex red wine blend is served best with grilled meats such as Beef Entrecote, roasted vegetables dishes ,but as well alongside Italian dishes.
