Grapes harvested manually in the second decade of September, vinified by the traditional method. After the crushing and de-icing of the grapes, the maceration of the grape must is macerated for a period of 12-24 hours. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vessels at a controlled temperature of 14 ° С – 16 ° С and keeping on a fine layer of yeast for 1 to 3 months.
The bouquet of vibrant aromas specific to the unique variety is associated with a variety of tasty cheeses, as well as seafood dishes accompanied by fresh salads.
